As a Holistic Health Coach,  I help you find the root of your un-wellness, and help you learn how to restore health and balance in your body.

 

My education and training has exposed me to cutting-edge research in holistic nutrition and disease prevention, and has equipped me to read lab tests, understand complex human biology and to use highly effective coaching techniques to help you find a balanced lifestyle that helps you heal.  

 

I specialize in helping clients:

  • find the root cause of their un-wellness;
  • restore their gut health, brain health, hormonal balance, blood sugar balance;
  • manage their autoimmune disease, including Hashimoto's Thyroiditis;
  • overcome eating disorders (specifically Night Eating Syndrome and Binge Eating Disorder); 
  • lose weight/achieve and maintain a healthy body weight and composition; and
  • providing educating and training in the process to my clients are empowered to help themselves. 

 

 

We explore more than just diet, as all aspects of a person's health, mindset and lifestyle are important factors in their overall well-being. My clients find that my holistic approach that focuses on nutrition as well as mindset, habits, exercise, supplements and more leads to transformation of not just their health, but of their lives as a whole
