Banana Loaf (GF, DF)

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsps ground flaxseeds
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup cup oatmeal flour
1/2 chocolate chips (another 1/2 cup chocolate chips for decorating on top)
1/2 crushed walnuts (another 1/4 cup for decorating)



Directions

  1. Mash bananas completely first. 
  2. Add coconut oil. Mash some more. 
  3. Then gradually add all the dry ingredients and eggs mix in between. Until the dough is creamy.
  4. Fill in loaf tin or make muffins.
  5. Bake at 170 degrees C for 50 mins.

Notes

Tip: Make this recipe sugar and dairy free by adding sugar and dairy free chocolate chips, or by leaving them out all together.
