1. How have you found working with a health coach?
"I have struggled with eating disorders (anorexia and then bulimia for over 10 years) and have seen various health care professionals for help but it hasn’t helped. Working with a health coach who has actually suffered from eating disorders was what drew me to Arleen. Her personal experience, empathy and ability to teach me strategies to help me overcome my eating disorder step by step has made a big and lasting impact on my life."
2. What is something you’re happy that you achieved?
"I am over the moon that I finally overcame my bulimia with Arleen’s help."
3. What is something unexpected that came out of this program?
"I wasn’t expected that I would be cured. I thought I would just be better at managing my eating disorder but the fact that I am actually not struggling with urges to binge and purge and am able to accept myself is lifechanging at this point."
4. What did you like most about it?
"I love how non-judgemental Arleen is about my struggles. I loved her focus on education. I loved how she always gave me something new and fresh to think about and apply to my life. I loved how practical and helpful the course was."
