I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Does stress at work or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life, mind and body affect your health as a whole.
As a coach, I will help you get in touch with your body’s needs and your objectives for change, because I believe that everyone's health concerns and goals are totally unique. I don't lead you through a "cookie-cutter" program. Rather, I work with each client based on their individual needs and develop a program organically to meet those needs and desired outcomes.
Rather than prescribing a diet for you to follow, I want to equip you with the self-awareness you need to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. This entails working together to explore how your body gives you feedback from the way you eat and live. We will use that information to make changes to support your overall well-being. In this way, we will co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and provide you with actionable objectives that make your, seemingly distant, goals very achievable and reachable.
