You will need:
15 mins
1 large beetroot
1 cup of chickpeas
2 tbsp of olive oil
1&1/2 tbsp tahini
1/2-1 cup aquafaber / or water
Juice of one lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp sea salt
A dash of pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder
In a cooking pot, boil beetroot for 10 mins.
Using a food processor, blend beetroot.
Add chickpeas and garlic and blend again.
Add tahini, oil and water and blend. Tip: Add water in stages to make sure it doesn’t become too runny.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again!
