Flourless Quiche (GF, DF)

Ingredients


  • 4 eggs
  • A handful of chopped leeks
  • 100g of chopped smoked salmon
  • Tip: other ingredients that would go well include 1/2 cup of  either: peas, quinoa, finely chopped red pepper, spinach and/or broccoli.

Directions

1. Whisk eggs.

2. Add other ingredients and combine well.

3. Bake in for 30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven).
