You will need:
20 mins (+ 15 - 20 mins baking time)
About 8 - 10 pieces (depending on how big you cut them)
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 medium ripe bananas
90 g Almond Flour
90 g Buckwheat (or brown rice) flour
3 tbsps date syrup (or 6 Mejool dates)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: for extra sweetness, add some Stevia. (I usually add about 5 drops)
For variation, try adding chocolate chips or chopped walnuts into the batter.
