150g prawns
200g pasta (I went for this really amazing gluten freeversion)
1 large tomato (cubed)
1 pepper (cubed)
1 jar of chopped tomatoes or chunky tomato sauce
1 handful of chopped broccoli (chop into small pieces)
1 handful of spinach
Spice rack ingredients:
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp basil
a pinch of thyme
a pinch of rosemary
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Boil the pasta, and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium to high heat, and add prawns and saute for a minute on both sides. (Just flip them over once. Be careful not to stir them, as they will become chewy.)
3. Turn heat to low to medium. Add and stir in jar of tomatoes, cubed peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on medium head.
4. Finally, add broccoli, spinach and pasta. Stir a couple of times so it heats evenly. Let is simmer for another couple of minutes. And then, it's ready to serve!
