I've made it every day this month so far! Credit goes to my daughter for the snazzy stickers. Here is a little feedback and I'm okay with you using my name. I have had NES on and off since high school (I'm 35). It was always worse during times of stress and for the past 10 years I cannot recall a time when I wasn't struggling with night eating. Years of waking up feeling shame and guilt and just completely out of control. This course helped me to stop night eating, stop night anxiety, sleep better and wake up earlier. I feel free of the morning shame and guilt and I start each day a little better than the last. I would definitely recommend this to others struggling with night eating.
